ShadowWorld, a Diceless Role Playing Game

"... our world, except for the Truth that lives in the world of shadows, the ShadowWorld, where Nothing Is What It Seems."

Test Play Rules (Revision Eight)

The ShadowWorld Rules are made available for your use in play testing. Please note that they are copyrighted. Feel free to download a copy for your own use and please email me your feedback on your findings.
Please include your name and email address so that we can give you proper test player accredition.

Core Rules

This is Revision Eight of the Core Rules. Please note that these rules are a Draft of Revision Eight: we are working on incorporating rules to deal with Skills, Advantages and Disadvantages.

Notes

This version of the rules was prompted by seeing over three dozen player characters created for eleven test play games. It clarifies a few minor loopholes and gray areas in character creation and power bonuses.

Since many returning players in the episodic Con campaigns read this page, this set of rules does not include the GM information for the scenarios. If you would like to have these, please email me.

Underworld becomes ShadowWorld
Underworld, though laying claim to prior use, was renamed to ShadowWorld in the summer of 2002, to avoid confusion with earlier published role playing games with same or similar names.
